Meld Websites Owner & Designer, John B. Holt, holds a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Organizational Leadership from University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Colorado State University. Parlaying courses in Strategic Partnerships, English Literature, and Graphic Design, he has proven results in business, marketing, and communications with Fortune 500 companies.
Before launching Meld Websites in 2017, John served as an Operations Manager with Marriott International, where he led a team of over 40 associates to a 30% increase in guest satisfaction survey scores in under a year, and was the top-rated employee for the length of his tenure. John also served as a Relationship Manager with KeyBank, winning regional awards for his individual sales performance and teamwork.
A community steward, John currently serves as Treasurer of the Colorado Cancer Foundation’s Executive Board, and has spent a combined total of 20 years serving as President of several homeowners associations (HOA) boards throughout Colorado, both at the sub association and master community association (MCA) level, where he and his wife, Lora A. Wilson, Ph.D., own property, giving him a unique breadth of knowledge.
